My 4 and a half year old daughter instantly got the game and it really makes her think. She makes up her own games besides memory and loves the graphic pictures. My 18 month old likes the pictures too, and the durability of the wood makes these a long term toy. only downside, being wood, you can memorize the grain when the animals are hidden, but she hasn't figured that out yet!

A vast improvement over flat cardboard squares that are hard for little fingers to grip and flip, these slightly curved wooden squares are easy to handle and sport wonderful graphics. The storage bag is perfect - so much better than a box that eventually rips and must be mended with tape. My son and husband at first played with only half of the animals to get used to the game....

My daughter has a great time with this game. It is high quality wood and paint and feels like it will last a long time. The colors and pictures of the animals are great and I think it is a great educational toy for a young child. We even purchased one for my niece we have enjoyed it so much.
