Great Toys!Dec 03, 2007

I have 2 boys, ages 7 and 5. They LOVE Playmobil, especially the airport sets. They can play for hours with all the luggage, carts, planes, etc. Playmobil makes a great product that is kid friendly... they can put it together with little help and it does not come apart when they play with it.

very nice complement to the jet planeNov 09, 2008

It is very well made and my son loves to put the staircase at the airplane door so all the people can geton and off the plane, the only complain is that is expensive more than twenty bucks when I have already spent a lot on the jet which should include the staircase....

Fun but Construction ProblemsNov 07, 2009
By Robert T. Roth My 4 year old son loves to play with the Airport by Playmobil. The Cargo Crew adds a dimension of play. The only complaint is the fasteners used for the wheels to the cart were loose and continued to fall out. Whether it was a bad batch or the holes were made to large is unknown. I used sone plastic glue to hold them in place. We have other playmobil toys and have similiar issues. (the landing gear for the airplane, the top of the control tower, the tail of the airplane, the walkway of the terminal).

Realistic, Fun ToyAug 24, 2010
By Janet K. Hawkins

I bought this set for my four-year-old son, who LOVES airplanes and air travel. My husband is a part-time ramp agent for a major airlines, so I thought it would be fun for our son to learn what daddy does. We received the set two days ago and, so far, he's really, really enjoyed it!
The set is very realistic, and parts are durable. Instructions are very intuitive; I put the set together in about 15 minutes. Parents with infants and toddlers in the home should note that the set contains small parts (miniature luggage, etc.). The set contains most of the equipment real ramp service crews use. The only major exception would be the belt loader, which loads luggage onto planes. Also, the tow bar included with the set really isn't useful without the aircraft (sold separately). No problem, as I plan on purchasing the jet for Christmas.

Cargo AND passenger planeDec 06, 2008
By Susan F. Rice This plane took about an hour to put together. My husband and son took turns with it, and 6 year old grandson took part as well. He enjoys it a great deal-- he plays with it alongside an earlier purchased passenger-only Playmobile plane whose passengers fit this plane -- how fortunate and wonderful! His 3 1/2 year old brother enjoys it --mostly putting the people in and out. The 6 year old enjoys lifting it and moving, pretending he is flying it. So far, the detatachable parts don't come off as easily as with the earlier Playmobile version, and that is a good thing. Though a learning lesson for him to re-attach, it sometimes tried our patience.
