This was a great top for about the first year but eventually it stopped singing and would only make a single tone no matter how often I had oiled it in it's lifetime.

I bought this years ago actually and kids love it! The top is sturdy, is brightly colored and makes a totally cool humming sound when you really pump it. It takes someone fairly strong to pump it to the point of humming so toddlers will need help for that, though they can spin the colors and older kids can get it to hum as well. The top has a nice suction device so stays up for a long period and can also be tipped on its side and let loose to take off across the room (better have lots of floor space) which is what my grandsons do with it now that they are older. Totally cool. Even I can't resist pumping it from time to time.
