My three year old daughter received this for Christmas along with the Take Along Hospital. The baby and the incubator gets so much play, the girls just love it. The wheels fold up and down, and the clear lid on the incubator opens and shuts. My girls really love the Playmobil babies, so I'll be on the lookout for more of these little sets that come with babies. The doctor's tool box opens and comes with a little plastic insert and a sticker to stick inside with a picture of the tools. I ended up removing this so the girls could place the little tools inside that came with the Take-Along Hospital. The four tools from that set fit nice inside. Just be careful of the Playmobil prices on Amazon, you can check the official Playmobil site to find what they retail for.

I gave this to my grand-daughter for Christmas and upon visiting her recently, I found her happily playing with it. She loves Playmobile toys! Helps her use her imagination and now her 3 year old brother loves playing with them also.
