This set includes lots of little pieces for little hands. It seems age appropriate for my granddaughter (3 1/2) for her Plan City doll house. Since the pieces are small and COULD fit into mouths, I would not recommend for children under 3. But, used with lots of imagination and "mommying" - is lots of fun.

This set is so very durable and is an adorable little set! My DD loves it! It's much sturdier and better made than Melissa and Doug wooden doll house pieces.

The washer and dryer get played with at our house. The other pieces don't really get much use.

These little dollhouse items are adorable and made of smooth, great quality wood. Exactly like I expected them to be. Some things I noticed, that aren't necessarily bad, but noticeable - the door on the washer/dryer can swing inside the compartment. As in, there is nothing that stops the door, so sometimes it looks strange when "pushed" in. But no biggie. And the ironing board cover doesn't cover the entire ironing board. Also no biggie, just didn't expect these things so I thought I would share. Enjoy!

Their doll house and these accessories are SO much more durable than the plastic ones that we played with when we were kids. And so realistic! Our 4 year old granddaughter plays with the set for hours at a time.
