Great toy for the priceMar 15, 2007
By Carrie Garcia I bought this toy because Amamzon's price was a great bargin compared to other stores. I would have given this product 5 stars but gave it only 4 because the can is so large and the lincoln logs only fill is maybe half way. There is a lot more room for more logs. 115 sounds like a lot but you are only able to make the one cabin seen on the front. I ended up buying additional logs (not lincoln logs) so that me and the kids could build additional buildings and a fence.

Not enough peicesMay 19, 2007
By Elly93 I was disappointed with this toy because there were not enough of the larger logs, and, I believe, there is a limited amount of structures for a child to make. It was purchased for a five-year-old, and based on one of the reviews I had read, I decided that the larger set in the box would be too large and heavy for him to handle, so I opted for this set.

Lincoln LogsJan 16, 2007
By genebug I was very happy with the Lincoln Logs I ordered for my three year old grandson. He has been enjoying them. They seem to be more complicated than they were when my son was his age which was about 35 years ago or close to it. Then it was only one small log cabin but this set is a western building. My grandson has still been able to build something that he likes. Thank you for making it available.

Not what I remember as a child!Sep 08, 2008
By Ole Grandad Commemorative Edition TinI purchased the Lincoln Logs for my 3 year old grandsons. I must say that I was disappointed with the quality of the product. The instructions say not to use the product on carpet because the dye may rub off and stain it! The green roof slats are rounded on one side. The roof is very hard to attach to the roof trust for a three year old. Because the side that is round is the side that faces down, they are hard to keep in place. Also, the way in which the red trust is cut, the green roof pieces slide off too easy. If I had it to do all over again, I would not buy it! It would probably be better to shop a garage sale and try and find an old set that was made correctly. A very sad shopping experience.

Lincoln LogsNov 02, 2007

"avid buyer"
The tin came severely dented which detracted from the gift. It was pricey considering how little the amount of Lincoln Logs were inside. I would not purchase it again for another gift. The upside? It's Lincoln Logs.
