My two year old calls this her "whistle guy" and carries him around with her. Makes a great, loud noise. Seems like it would lake a lot for it to break.

This toy is great! It is simple, solid plastic and really easy for small kids to use. My daughter figured out how to use it at 7 months old and she hasn't stopped blowing this horn since (now 11 months old). We have also bought other horns from this company and are very satisfied with the quality. We were concerned when our daughter was not vocalizing yet at 7 months old, so we purchased this horn so she could practice making some noise, and once she understood how to use it, she has been tooting it everywhere. The head is the perfect size for a crawler to hold in their mouth and blow while they are crawling around.
