Adorable Calico Critters stimulate the imagination

I bought this house and a couple of families for my three year old niece's birthday and she is in love with her adorable Critters and their clever house! I like that the Calico Critters allow little kids to develop their imaginations as they create lives and storylines for the little animals. My niece never wants to stop playing with her Critters!

Adorable vacation getaway for the Critters.

This will be a Christmas present for my 7 year old granddaughter. She loves Calico Critters and has an assortment of families. I thought they needed a vacation house. I also purchased the blue family sedan for their trips to the getaway. It's really so cute. I wish they had these when I was a kid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3yo twins LOVE this Lakeside Lodge set. Just be aware that the set comes with only ONE figurine so if you want your children not to fight over the little Labrador, you will want to purchase an additional package of critters! It comes with some cute furniture, all made out of hard plastic, so very durable. It definitely promotes imagination as my children make up different scenarios. I highly recommend!
