For the love of hawks

I found this set to be very nice. Walmart did a fantastic job of packaging with the figures in a large box with multiple air pillows. Too bad the black series box itself was not in good condition but that's ok as I had planned to take the figures out anyway. I also think Walmart did a good job with the photo gallery for posing ideas. I used photo 3 (for her) and photo 8 (for him) to pose my figures. For the male- please know the funny position of the holster and the broken off scope are intentional. I had to revisit the photos online because I initially thought the figure was defective and was about to initiate a return.

THE ANTENNA IS NOT BROKEN! That's just how it is.

THE ANTENNA ON THE MALE FIGURE IS NOT BROKEN! That's just how it was designed after the character in the show (battle damage or prop mishandling? You decide!). So don't panic like I did initially!

Anyways, this figure pack is great. I know many are tired of Hasbro constantly making Mandalorian figures nowadays, but I love them all! I especially love these Shriek Hawk releases because of the piecemeal look of the armor, gives them a lot more character in my eyes like Din Djarin's original armor before getting his Beskar upgrade. I especially like the female figure's scarf, it just seems right.

One thing I must note, however, is that the hands on the male figure seem to be made of a plastic that is either more brittle than other Black Series hands or shows stress a lot more dramatically as putting the rifle in his hands caused white streaks to appear across the inside of the fingers. Nothing is broken yet, but it is cause for concern in my opinion, especially given the relatively awkward design of the gun's handle.

Great addition to my Black Series Mandalorian shelf! Definitely recommend! Good example of creative reuse. Jo3b1
